We have arrived! What a wonderful trip. We all converged in Miami in one piece and on time. Kevin and Kate arrived safely from California, Jennifer, Melinda & Deb from Michigan, Chris from Middleville & Linda wintering in Florida.

Once arriving in Haiti the airport was chaos. Pierrer who was described as a tall and lankey man just appeared and helped us with our luggage. We were greated by Jack & Big at the gate. We loaded up 10 army bags, 1 large suitcase, 4 tubs, 7 personal bags and 7 carry ons. Michel was in the parking lot picking up Jared & Kelly so I received a big hug from him. In our travels Port Au Prince seemed to be back to business. The vendors were on the streets and there was less rubble present compared to last May. The traffic was very light and we zipped right to the guest house as we bounced through the pot holes. We were greated by Marsha with a tour of The Juniper Tree guest house and served a wonderful meal.
After dinner we discussed our weeks plans starting with church in the morning. I was sad to hear that Pastor John will not be there this week. For those who have been there- How will we get our bounce on?
Everyone is VERY wiped out. My lovely assistant Linda and I are the only two up in the kitchen. Why are the young in bed???
