Today is such a beautiful day! We started our day together worshipping and getting commissioned at Messiah Lutheran Church. What a blessing to be prayed over like that. Then on to the farm to pack up the supplies! It never ceases to amaze me how we look at ALL THOSE SUPPLIES on the tables and wonder how they will fit in the bags. God makes room, though! We were blessed to have Christina, Pat, Tom, Chris, Alexis, Megan, Kate, Matt, Deb, Kendra, Katie, and myself all there to get things done!
Our devotion today was about Peter getting out of the boat, walking on water, sinking, and being saved by Jesus. The questions being "what made Peter sink?", "how are you stepping out of the boat?", and "what do you think would make you sink?".
Our group arrives in Port Au Prince July 11. Please keep this team in your prayers. Thank you!
