From Sheri

(This is Sheri Marter, using Megan's computer)
It is Thursday am, clinc is open. So thankful to be able to communicate through Megan's email.
1st, Gail is so happy to tell you that the crippled girl, NILDRED, was here Tues., she got her x-rays, and today is at the Hatian doctor to get the medical documentation for her medical VISA. Gail is bubbling over with joy!

We are having an awsome experience this week. God is with us everyday. We are seeing more patients than we expected, Our team works so well together, very smooth flowing. We seem to know what the other needs without saying.

Wednesday, we spent a very rewarding couple of hours at Mother Theresa's. Brought smiles and healthy stimulation to many, gave affection they were hungry for. Michel and Junior are so protective and concerned for our every need.
They, then took us up into the mountain to the Baptist mission. Gail was really not looking forward to the toll the ride would take on her stomach.....we prayed alot for our safety and strength in her stomache. It worked, she had a great experience. Junior suggested seeing Fort Jaque, alittle further up the mountain.
A monutment to the Hatian independence, built to protect them from invasion by France. The drive took us up into more rural area, saw farming areas. What a beautiful view, could see the ocean harbor when the clouds cleared (for 3 minutes...)

We are not able to communicate much at all, but want you to know, our clinic is running smoothly, our residence is so nice, like being at the Hilton, we feel guilty it is so nice. The food is great, water is very aggreeable (especially to Gail's sensitive system). Our guards and interpreters are doing a wonderful job.

Keep praying for us, God is watching and listening!
Love, Sheri and our team!
