Well, the team arrived safely on Saturday late afternoon. There was trouble getting the plane door open when they arrived, but they finally were able to get off the plane, get through the airport and to the anxiously waiting hugs from our Haitian staff. The team stopped off at Three Angels and then went to the Methodist Guesthouse to get settled in for the week. On Sunday the team worshiped Haitian-style at Quisqueya church, then to the orphanage to set up for the clinic. There is no internet at the guesthouse, so this information comes from an email from Cynthia (the leader) from Three Angels.
Today is day one of the clinic and so far "it is a blast!! This team is awesome."
Please continue to keep this group of 6 in your prayers. Pray for them by name: Cynthia Kreil, Amanda Byler, Gail McGee, Rob Kelch, Sheri Marter, and Judy Seelhoff.
I am told they are all doing fine!
I will post more as I hear more.
